Since I announced that I’m moving into an apartment within the next month, I figured I would start to share sneak peak shopping trip finds leading up to the big move in! Today was a gold mine out there. I’m all about random quirky things — I’m an old fashioned eclectic kind of gal. And what could be more random than a bust of some strange man? Nothing. Hence why he had to be mine. So ladies and gents, it is my pleasure to introduce you to Lord Severus Kingsley Shacklebolt of Pemberley. Try saying that five times fast. I hope you noticed the super obvious Harry Potter and Pride & Prejudice references. If you didn’t notice them, then shame on you — go read a book.
Keeping with the English theme, I bought some snazzy little British decorations that are sure to increase my chances of marrying Prince Harry. My mother, aunt, grandmother, etc. etc. were born in England, so although I have yet to travel there I feel as though it is in some way my home (away from home of course). And for those of you that are aware of the fact that I have a knight in shining armor in my room (yes, you heard me), he will indeed be traveling with me to the apartment. Someone has to guard me now that I will be living on my lonesome. But until then, it is time to enjoy my last moments of the “easy life”, as my dad refers to it, at home while I can.
